Medicare for the long haul

Doodle operates at your pace and supports you any hour, any day. Both during and after enrollment, we use every tool at our disposal to find the best coverage for you, year after year.

Finding your plan

Tell us a little about you

Answer a few short questions regarding what you might be looking for. Don't know? No problem. We'll still be able to talk through some options with you.

A licensed agent calls you

A licensed insurance agent will call you at your scheduled time. We'll discuss your preferences, your options, and possible next steps. There are no obligations to sign up for anything, and we can schedule a follow-up if you'd like.

Enjoy your coverage stress-free

If you choose to enroll, Doodle will be on standby to help with any questions you have regarding your coverage and benefits. We're happy to try to assist with non-insurance matters as well. Whether that's a suspicious bill, an issue with the TV, or a question about local resources for seniors, we'll be in your corner.

Helping a parent with this?

You can fill out the form sitting right next to your mom or dad. When we call, you can be on the phone too. The choice stays theirs. Their coverage doesn't change unless they say so.

Common questions

What does this cost?

Our help comes at no cost to you, and there is no obligation to enroll. You pay Doodle nothing. When someone enrolls, the insurance company pays us a commission.

Is this the government or Medicare?

No. Doodle is a privately owned, technology-enabled advisory, and we're not part of Medicare or any government agency. Insurance itself is handled by our licensed agency, Doodle Insurance Services, LLC. Medicare runs its own website, Medicare.gov, and its own phone line, 1-800-MEDICARE, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048.

What happens to my information?

The form asks for your ZIP code and a way to reach you, plus a few basics about your situation. We use that to set up the call you asked for. We never sell your information, and you can read more in our Privacy Policy .

Do you only work in California?

Yes, for now. We're licensed in California and nowhere else yet. However, if you live in another state, you can join the waitlist and receive an email when we serve your state.

How does Doodle get paid?

Insurance companies pay us a commission when someone enrolls. You never pay us anything, whether you enroll or not.

What happens after I send the form?

The last question is a calendar. Pick a time that works for you, and we will call you then. If you change your mind, email hello@askdoodle.org, and we'll cancel the call. Or just say so when we call.

Do I have to decide anything on the call?

No. You don't have to decide anything, on the call or after it. You can end the call whenever you want, and take as long as you need to make any decisions.
