Terms of Use

Effective date: October 1, 2026. This version adds consent to calls and texts, call recording, and text-message terms.

These terms are short because this site does one thing.

What this site is

This site tells you who we are, and it gives you a form you can use to ask a licensed insurance agent to call you. That is all it does.

What this site is not

The site itself does not give insurance advice. Nothing on these pages recommends a plan, quotes a price, or tells you what to buy. Reading this site does not enroll you in anything. If you want advice, that happens on a call with a licensed agent, after you ask for one.

Calls and texts

If you call us or ask us to contact you, we tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded, and you choose whether to continue. When you ask through the form and give the consent that form asks for, we may call and text the number you provided. A licensed insurance agent calls you.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, or text HELP for support. You can also email hello@askdoodle.org. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number, your text opt-in, and call recordings. Taking back consent, including by replying STOP, stops marketing calls and texts together, as that policy describes.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and working. Still, we provide it as is, and we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or without errors. If the form is ever down, you can email us at hello@askdoodle.org and we will take it from there.

Governing law

California law governs these terms and your use of this site.
